we understand the desire for some of you to have one-on-one instruction
and feedback. Private instruction allows for personal attention from
your instructor and frequently produces rapid improvement in your paddling
skills. It also allows you the flexibility to work on particular paddling
skills at your own pace.
Private sea kayaking lessons with Mick O’Meara are available by appointment
all year round. Private lessons provide:
o Maximum individual attention
o Custom lessons that focus on a particular skill you want to learn
or improve on
o Freedom to learn at your own pace
The most commonly requested private lesson is a one day workshop to
develop your overall skill as a sea kayaker. Lessons can also include
Eskimo rolling, sea kayaking with ‘wing’ paddles, expedition planning
and training, advanced rescue techniques, efficient forward paddling,
or simply some time dedicated to you on the ocean………just let us know.
